Family Support Group

A free, NAMI-sponsored group for people who support someone living with a mental illness. Supporting others can be rewarding, yet sometimes stressful. This group is for you.

The group meets in person on the second and fourth Monday of each month, 6:30–8:00 PM, in the NAMI office on the second floor.
